Started 3rd fav @ Flem in the LISTED Festival Handicap. Raced mid field, got slightly checked @ 200m & lost concentration (D.Oliver rode).
He ran 8th, beaten just over 8lens by arguably the best 3yo in AUS- STARSPANGLEDBANNER (CAULFIELD GNS GROUP ONE WINNER).
He was only 6lens from city winners DANCESCAPE, COMMON INTEREST etc.

He then started $2.40 fav @ Kyneton & pulled up shinsore, spelled.
25/8/09 he started 5s second fav at main VIC mid week TAB meeting over 1200m, & went too hard in front when attacked with blinkers on.
4/10/09- Ridden quietly 1400m very wide on corner, hit line hard, beaten 4lens (stablemate heavily backed fav).
Winner Liffeybel had run 3rd to DEMERIT (won Caulfield GNS Prelude its next start) at Cranbourne.
