This young broodmare prospect is regally bred being by a champion stallion and out of a very fast and tough Group winning race-mare from a top 2yo family. Troubled by niggling knee issues throughout her career she never graced a racetrack and her future and value now lies within her black type bloodlines

With REDOUTE'S CHOICE showing no signs of slowing down as a broodmare sire (Think ZOUSTAR & PASADENA GIRL) his young daughters remain in high demand at auction. Standing over 16hh with good length and a solid frame this young 3yo filly has the bloodlines to compliment any broodmare band. Priced at $27,500 plus GST she offers value with similar unraced mares SHE’S MY BELLE ($28,000), SHE HAS ARRIVED ($30,000) and PASSARELLE ($120,000) selling well at auction this year. Interestingly another unraced REDOUTE’S CHOICE mare FAIRYTALE ENDING sold for $150k at auction this year expecting her first foal to DUPORTH – showing the scope, opportunity and value that exists in purchasing these young well-bred daughters of REDOUTE’S CHOICE

This filly is out of top class sprinting race-mare PASAR SILBANO (By ELNADIM). Bred in Ireland she won stakes races on two continents. As a 2yo in Ireland she won four times including her first two starts and an impressive victory in the Listed Curragh Stakes (1000m). Shipped to California she won a Grade 3 at Santa Anita on her very first 3yo start annexing the Grade 3 La Habra Stakes (1200m). She would be group placed on two further occasions before returning to Europe and being sold at the renowned December Mares sale for £125,000 as a broodmare prospect
.
PASAR SILBANO had had a tough beginning to life as a broodmare losing a full brother to this filly the following year. At present the future is looking much brighter as the mare foaled a good ZOUSTAR colt this year (See picture) and is due to be covered by WANDJINA shortly
.
PASAR SILBANO is a full sister to COME TO HEEL who also won the Listed 2yo Curragh stakes and then ran 4th in the GR1 Cheveley Park Stakes. Her half-brother GERFALCON (By HAWK WING) was a top notch 2yo winning the Listed Ripon 2yo trophy before shipping to Hong Kong where he remains active and competitive today. The family also remains active – the IFFRAAJ 3yo half-sister was a cracking yearling selling for €500,000 and is currently in training with William Haggas named NOZHAR
.
This unnamed 3yo bay filly is by Champion sire REDOUTE’S CHOICE (By DANEHILL) who numbers MISS FINLAND, SAMANTHA MISS and ROYAL DESCENT as just three of the great mares he has sired. It is no surprise that his daughters have proven adept and successful broodmares and he currently ranks a top 5 Broodmare sire in Australia. He numbers 2015 GR1 winning 2yo PASADENA GIRL (By SAVABEEL) along with ZOUSTAR (By NORTHERN METEOR) and SACRED FALLS (By O’REILLY) as three of the 36 Stakes winners produced from his daughters so far.
