Hurst Park and Bjorn Baker Racing are offering a unique opportunity to race this outstanding 2yo filly owned by one of New Zealand's best studs- Little Avondale.

From the family of: Fleur De Chine, Glorious Days, Tully Thunder and All Legal. This filly is available to race under a unique lease agreement. Individuals and syndicates will have the opportunity to take on one or more 20 individual lease shares of 5% This means that you will be entitled to race the horse with other syndicate members up until the horses 5th year and share in 80% of the prize money earned.

Key Aspects of the Lease include :

No option to purchase or own the horse at the end of the lease period;

Commitment to a lease agreement registered with Racing NSW, to the livery, training and associated costs of maintaining the horse for the specified period;

the horse will race in the Little Avondale Race colours

the operating lease terms are 20% of Prize Monies and all trophies.

This is a great ground floor opportunity for those that would like to race a well bred filly and experience racing with one of Sydney's most progressive stables with very little upfront cost.

The filly has arrived at the stables of Bjorn Baker Racing and did her first piece of work this morning. She will settle in and is 4 - 5 weeks from a trial.
