These girls produced stylish wins at Rockhampton’s Callaghan Park races yesterday, where for sure the XXXX Gold would have been flowing, as both girls were backed into short priced favourite!
The winner of 4 races, Arrested for Speed (Garrison Savannah – Apprehended) ended the winning streak of Castaway, who was chasing his third straight win, in the XXXX Gold Benchmark Handicap 1000m.
The determined little Pygmy Hunter (Dance Hunter – Generally Charming) stretched to the line to win by 1.8 Lengths in the 1100m XXXX Summer Bright Cl 1, her second win in 3 starts, coming off a close second place last start.
