Weight will rule More Joyous out of a Doncaster defence but owner John Singleton is prepared to take on an equally big challenge - Black Caviar.
Singleton said More Joyous would not run in the Doncaster with 59.5kg topweight but she could line up in the All Aged Stakes against Black Caviar.
"If they commit to Black Caviar in the All Aged we will commit to More Joyous," Singleton said.
"Her Doncaster weight is ridiculous. They obviously don't want us to run.
"But as long as Black Caviar is still around for the All Aged then we will be too."
Black Caviar is due to have her next start in the William Reid Stakes on Friday week while More Joyous will resume in two weeks in the Canterbury Stakes.
More Joyous had a track gallop at Warwick Farm on Saturday, pleasing jockey Nash Rawiller and trainer Gai Waterhouse.
