Golden Slipper favourite Overreach has drawn the rails for the rich two-year-old race at Rosehill on Saturday.
The filly tightened her grip on favouritism for the $3.5 million race when she drew gate one and her main rival Villa Verde came up with barrier 17.
She is one of three runners for trainer Gai Waterhouse who is trying to win the race for the fifth time.
Overreach has won two of her only three starts with her most recent victory coming at the expense of Villa Verde in a Slipper lead-up race at Rosehill on March 23.
Stablemates Whittington and Sweet Idea will start from gates 10 and four respectively.
Criterion, winner of the Black Opal Stakes and Todman Stakes at his past two runs, will start alongside Overreach in barrier two.
Pago Pago Stakes winner Sidestep fared best of Darley's three runners after drawing gate five.
New Zealand filly Ruud Awakening will have to overcome the widest draw in the 16-horse field.
