Join one of the wine industry’s most respected winemakers, Louisa Rose, for an unforgettable fine food and wining dining experience.
Eight award winning wines from Yalumba’s Hill Smith family vineyards have been matched with a bespoke menu from The Cut in Sydney. Designed especially for these wines by Head Chef James Knight, the four-course menu is guaranteed to educate and delight.
The dinner will be hosted by Yalumba Chief Winemaker Louisa Rose, who will lead a fun and informal discussion at the conclusion of both meals about food and wine matching.
She will be joined by Group Sommelier Miriam Gibson and guests will be encouraged to discuss, question and debate the menus and find out more about why certain foods bring out the best in a wine.
Inglis will also have a presence on the night with Deputy Chairman Arthur Inglis and his wife Charlotte attending along with Director of Bloodstock and leading auctioneer Jonathan D’ Arcy and his wife Alicia.
