Disqualified jockey Danny Nikolic will face two more charges out of his inquiry involving Racing Victoria chief steward Terry Bailey.
The latest charges stem from a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal hearing in November where it is alleged the jockey acted improperly towards Wade Hadley, a member of the RV stewards' panel.
Nikolic fronted VCAT to appeal against a ban for threatening Bailey.
Racing Victoria stewards issued the charges against Nikolic on Wednesday.
A date for a Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board hearing into the the latest charges has yet to be fixed.
Nikolic was disqualified for two years after being found guilty of threatening and abusing Bailey at a Seymour race meeting last September.
He had his penalty reduced by VCAT to a one-year disqualification followed by a one-year suspension.
