In Her Time Provincial horse of the year

Group One winner In Her Time has been named the Provincial Horse of the Year with The Monstar getting the award in the Country category.

In Her Time will run in Saturday's Group Two Premiere Stakes as a lead-up to the $13 million Everest on October 13 with The Monstar to run in The Kosciuszko for country horses on the same day.

The Monstar's trainer Brett Cavanough was named Country Trainer of the year at the awards presentation in Sydney on Friday night while Godolphin's James Cummings came out on top in the Provincial arena.

Sydney's premier jockey Brenton Avdulla also won the provincial title for 2017/18 while Ben Looker won the country section..
