Victorian trainer Dean Binaisse will still have to attend a stewards inquiry despite tests on his horses being clear of peptides or any other prohibited substances.
Racing Analytical Services undertook tests on both fresh and frozen samples on all horses in the Binaisse stable as part of a stewards investigation into allegations of peptide use by the trainer.
A Fairfax Media report in April named Binaisse as a trainer under investigation for the suspected use of synthetic peptides in horses, including the anti-obesity drug given to some Essendon AFL players.
He was also reported to have sourced the substances from a Melbourne chemist named in the Essendon inquiry.
The inquiry will be held on June 19.
