Victorian trainer Dean Binaisse has been cleared of using peptides on his string of racehorses.
Binaisse fronted a stewards' inquiry on Wednesday when it was confirmed tests from 13 horses in his stable had returned clear results.
Stewards opened an inquiry after a Fairfax Media report last month claimed Binaisse was under investigation for the alleged use of peptides.
But a stewards' report on Wednesday's hearing said Binaisse had explained why he had been linked to the allegations.
Binaisse has agreed to provide more evidence to support his claims.
Tests were completed on the samples taken in and out of competition while one of the samples has been frozen in 2008.
