Connections of Single Style have bypassed the Winter Stakes at Rosehill to run the filly in a support race on Saturday's program for more prize money.
Trainer Gary Portelli said the BOBS bonus made it more worthwhile to run Single Style in the benchmark 85 rather than the Listed feature.
"It's one of the anomalies with racing that first prize money in a Listed race is $60,000 but she can earn more if she wins the lesser race with the bonus," Portelli said.
"She's already won a stakes race so winning a Listed race doesn't add much more to her value and she can race for almost $70,000.
"The downside is she has to carry 59-1/2 kilos and we have booked Hugh Bowman."
There were 18 entries for the benchmark 85 with Single Style going into the race as a last-start winner over 1200m in a similar class race at Rosehill on July 6 on a slow track.
The winner of the Listed Keith Mackay Stakes in April last year, Single Style failed to come to hand in the spring and was sent back to the spelling paddock after two unplaced runs.
Her return to the winners' circle followed a second to Red Excitement four weeks earlier.
Portelli also has Mickelberg entered in the race with the mare dually nominated for a 1400m event at Flemington.
