Promising Star Of Michelin's liking for big racetracks will see him on a quick turnaround into the Group Three Winx Guineas.
The Sunshine Coast Guineas (1600m) has been renamed after retired superstar Winx who won it in 2015.
The race always attracts a strong field but trainer Stuart Kendrick believes Star Of Michelin will not be out of place.
Star Of Michelin made it four wins and a second from seven starts at Eagle Farm when he won over 1400m on Saturday.
"There is no doubt he is better on big tracks with long straights," Kendrick said.
"He just isn't the same horse at Doomben which is tighter with a shorter straight.
"He has come from last today and the Sunshine Coast is another big track with a long straight."
"The 1400m is short of his best and the 1600m in the Winx will suit him."
Jockey Dale Smith is set to retain the Guineas ride after winning on Star Of Michelin at Eagle Farm.
