From inside draw she's got the right game

David Eustace believes their star filly Away Game is capable of making Magic Millions history when she takes on the Guineas.

Last year Away Game claimed the Magic Millions 2YO Classic and if she can take out the Magic Millions Guineas on Saturday at the Gold Coast she will become the first horse to have completed the double.

Eustace said they wanted Away Game to draw barrier three and on this rare occasion their wish was granted.

Eustace, speaking on Melbourne radio station RSN on Wednesday morning, said his only query was whether she could run out the 1400 metres of the race.

"As Glen Boss said yesterday from barrier three, she's going to look the winner in the straight but whether she'll see out the last 100 metres, that's the query," Eustace said.

"She'll give 110 per cent that's for sure. We've got huge faith in her."

"We'll make use of her barrier and she'll be there every step of the way."

Away Game resumed from a spell with a close second to Isotope in the Gold Edition Stakes at Doomben on December 19 to Isotope and the fillies will again clash.

The pair are at the top of the betting in the Magic Millions Guineas with Isotope, who drew barrier seven a $2.50 favourite and Away Game second favourite at $3.70.

Eustace said he was confident they could turn the tables on Isotope.

"She was first-up off a long break. She's thrived since and her work since has been great," he said.

The Ciaron Maher and Eustace stable will also have three-year-old gelding Amish Boy in the race.

Eustace said Amish Boy was also a very fit horse.

The stable's representative in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic Fake Love will have to undergo a veterinary inspection after she pulled a shoe at the beach this morning.
