Melbourne Cup winner Green Moon will have his second exhibition gallop in as many weeks on Saturday as he continues to ramp up preparations for the spring features.
Last year's Cup winner will be one of nine horses from owner Lloyd Williams' string of carnival hopefuls to gallop at Caulfield.
They will be split into groups of three for their workouts.
Sydney Cup winner Mourayan, Zipping Classic winner Tanby and highly-rated import Sea Moon will work together an hour before the opening race.
Twenty minutes later Green Moon, Seville and Thought Worthy will take to the track for their hitouts, while Practiced, Massiyn and Hartani will gallop after the first event.
Green Moon made his first public appearance of the new season last Saturday at Flemington when he turned in a pleasing gallop.
Sea Moon, Seville and Thought Worthy were also among the five Williams-owned stablemates who galloped between races last week.
Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Brett Prebble will be aboard Green Moon, Sea Moon and Massiyn in their gallops.
Prebble will also have three rides at the meeting.
He partners Fast `n' Rocking in the Vain Stakes, Swing Vote in the Quezette Stakes and Exceptionally in the 2000m Handicap.
