Nick Hall rode a winning double at Moonee Valley on Saturday but paid a penalty for one of his successes with a careless riding suspension.
Hall was outed for 10 meetings after pleading guilty to shifting out on the point of the home corner aboard Clear For Action who went on to win the SAJ Catercare Group Handicap (1500m).
His ban means he will miss next Saturday's Memsie Stakes program but he'll be back in time to take the ride on last year's Group One Emirates Stakes runner-up Fawkner in the Tramway Handicap in Sydney on September 7.
Hall is also booked to ride Fawkner in the Group One George Main Stakes and Epsom Handicap in Sydney this spring.
The former Singapore-based galloper Clear For Action, who has come back from a bowed tendon in 2011, brought up the double for Hall after his earlier win in the Listed Carlyon Stakes on the Darren Weir-trained Broken.
