Brett Prebble will miss the Makybe Stakes meeting after he received a 12-meeting suspension for careless riding on McNeil Stakes winner Fast `n' Rocking.
Prebble was one of five jockeys hit with suspensions from the Memsie Stakes meeting, with Luke Nolen, Lauren Stojakovic, Michael Walker and Michelle Payne also banned for careless riding.
With Prebble to miss the Makybe Diva Stakes, it will cost him the ride on one of the Lloyd Williams-owned horses in the Group One race with highly rated Sea Moon expected to make his Australian debut.
Prebble pleaded guilty to shifting in when not clear of Miracles Of Life, taking that filly onto Prince Harada with both horses having to check passing the 100m.
Stojakovic, jockey of Miracles Of Life, also copped a 12-meeting ban for shifting in on the Blue Diamond winner at the 100m, causing Prince Harada to be hampered.
Walker was suspended for nine meetings, Payne was handed a 10-meeting ban while Nolen was given six meetings but he will be back in time for Makybe Diva Stakes day.
Nolen was suspended for careless riding in the opening race on Miralago.
