Jacob Rule has been suspended for six weeks over an incident which caused a fellow jockey to fall from his horse after the finish of a race.
Rule faced the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board in Melbourne on Friday and pleaded guilty to improper conduct.
The charge related to an incident after the running of the fifth event at Stawell on September 3 where Rule caused Jake Noonan to become dislodged from his mount.
Rule can return to riding on October 26.
