Grand Syndicate Celebrates First Winner!

Recently established syndication company Grand Syndicates celebrated their first winner when Starred For Life won at Stawell earlier this week.

Trained at Caulfield by Luke Oliver, Starred For Life was purchased at a dispersal auction for $17,000 in 2012 and has had to overcome a few niggling little issues to get back in the winner’s circle. Courtesy of a near perfect ride by Dean Yendall who rode the mare forward and took the lead turning for home, Starred For Life always looked the winner and gave nothing else a chance winning eased down towards the line by a length and three quarters. The win was celebrated by 20 owners who each paid $1,000 (a ‘Grand) for their share in the syndicate...
