Nikolic told to leave Flemington by police

Monday 21 October 2013, 6:20pm

Warned-off jockey Danny Nikolic has been moved on by police after being spotted parked outside Racing Victoria headquarters at Flemington on Monday.

Three police cars arrived after RV staff reported Nikolic was in his car outside the administrative offices of the governing body.

Nikolic, who was disqualified last year for threatening chief steward Terry Bailey and his family, received another ban last week for threatening and intimidating behaviour towards steward Wade Hadley.

Nikolic was warned off until October 1, 2015, for threatening Hadley last November outside a hearing room at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal which was adjudicating his appeal in the Bailey case.
