The Bathurst club has had its licence to hold race meetings reinstated after an unprecedented suspension by the ruling body.
Racing NSW ordered an investigation into practices at the western NSW club after stewards were forced to call a meeting off in January because of surface water on the track in the drought-ridden city after the sprinklers were left on.
The club was a given a temporary licence to hold the Bathurst Cup meeting on February 23 and has since worked to improve procedures.
Racing NSW chief executive, Peter V'landys said the club had addressed the issues.
The next meeting at the track is scheduled for Monday week.
