A Group treble for the Hawkes team at Rosehill has lost a little gloss with the news Not Listenin'tome will miss the rest of the autumn with a virus.

Just a day after Messene, Traitor and Entirely Platinum stepped up for stakes wins, three-year-old Not Listenin'tome was withdrawn from his carnival engagements.

The gelding, who is owned by leading Hong Kong trainer John Moore, ran second to grand mare Appearance in the recent Group One Canterbury Stakes.

He was being set for the $2.5 million TJ Smith Stakes on April 12.

The stable said Not Listenin'tome had been isolated from the rest of the team at Rosehill for two days.

Dual Group One winner Lankan Rupee is the clear market leader for the TJ Smith at $3.50 with Buffering next at $7.50.

Lankan Rupee's Newmarket Handicap win places him at the top of the first International Federation of Horseracing Authorities' sprint rankings for the year with a rating of 121.

Trainer Mick Price gave the four-year-old a few days off after the Newmarket on March 8 and the gelding returned to the stable last week to prepare for his next assignment.
