Earthquake remains the dominant Golden Slipper favourite despite a health scare and a wide barrier.
Trainer Peter Snowden told stewards on Tuesday the filly was treated two days earlier with a mild antibiotic when she was found to have a slight temperature.
Snowden said she ate well on Sunday night and her temperature was normal again by Monday although her white count remained slightly elevated.
Earthquake will have her final gallop leading into Saturday's $3.5 million Slipper on Wednesday morning, a day later than normal.
She will be inspected by Racing NSW head veterinarian Craig Suann after the workout and monitored in the lead-up to the race.
Earthquake is the $2.30 favourite to win the Slipper even though she drew barrier 13 on Tuesday.
Her nearest market rival, Mossfun, firmed from $6 to $5.50 on Tuesday afternoon while Earthquake's stablemate Ghibellines is the only other runner under double figures at $9.50.
Earthquake is unbeaten in four starts including the Group One Blue Diamond Stakes.
Mossfun's only defeat from her four starts came when she ran second to Earthquake in the Reisling Stakes at their first encounter.
