Tommy Berry will ride at the Golden Slipper meeting after his twin brother Nathan was transferred to a Sydney hospital on Thursday.
The Singapore Turf Club, which licensed Nathan for a four-month riding stint, confirmed the jockey left Singapore on a special medical flight.
"After Berry's team of Singapore doctors agreed to release him from Gleneagles Hospital, his family arranged for the Australian jockey to be flown home," the racing club's website announced.
Tommy Berry, who has been at Nathan's bedside in Singapore, has told stewards he will fulfil his Rosehill bookings, including Valentia in the Golden Slipper.
His brother has been in hospital since collapsing at Kranji racetrack on March 18.
He has been diagnosed with an acute form of epilepsy and was placed in an induced coma last week.
Racing NSW has confirmed his father-in-law, leading Sydney rider Glyn Schofield, Schofield's son Chad and fellow jockey Christian Reith are riding on Saturday.
They have also been with Nathan.
Chad Schofield will ride Bring Me The Maid in the Slipper with Reith on the outsider Memorial.
Tommy rode a winner at Rosehill last Saturday before rushing back to Singapore to be with his brother.
He will be chasing back-to-back Slipper victories after his success on Overreach last year.
