A leg injury has forced the retirement of Sharnee Rose and reduced the Queen of the Turf Stakes field to nine.
Solicit, who is also due to run in Saturday's Group One race for fillies and mares, will undergo a veterinary inspection on Wednesday after developing a skin condition.
Sharnee Rose ran home strongly in the Group Two Emancipation Stakes to finish 1-1/2 lengths second to Queen of the Turf favourite Catkins.
Trainer Kris Lees said the mare was lame when she came off the track on Wednesday morning and was diagnosed with a pastern injury.
The five-year-old retires with a record of four wins and nine placings from her 29 starts.
