Chad Schofield had a winless afternoon at Randwick and it was no better in the stewards room where he was suspended for careless riding in the Australian Oaks.
However, the young Victorian-based jockey will be free to ride on the final day of the autumn carnival next Saturday when his mounts include Go Indy Go in the Group One Champagne Stakes.
Schofield was outed for causing interference aboard Casino Dancer passing the winning post the first time in the Oaks.
He will start his penalty next Sunday and can return on May 15.
