Frankie Dettori is raring to go on Olympic Glory in the Group One Lockinge Stakes at Newbury on Saturday.
Richard Hannon has also left in Al Shaqab Racing-owned stablemate Toronado, as well as Montiridge, but seems likely to rely principally on his Queen Elizabeth II Stakes winner.
Olympic Glory will be ridden by Dettori in his role as No.1 jockey to Sheikh Joaan Al Thani.
"It is a big week, now is when it all starts," Dettori said.
"I rode Olympic Glory this morning at Kempton and he went well. He is an older horse and sometimes a change of scenery does them good.
"It is a good race for him to start and let's hope he can have another good season."
Toronado has not run since finishing last of six behind Declaration Of War in the Juddmonte International at York.
"We've left all three of ours in, but the plan at this stage is to run Olympic Glory and possibly Montiridge," Hannon said.
"Olympic Glory is really well, the ground is perfect for him and he's ready to roll. In fact, he won't mind if there's more rain about.
"As for Montiridge, he's probably 50-50 at the moment but is also in good form and could well take his chance."
Leading the opposition to the Hannon runners is Aidan O'Brien's American import Verrazano.
The Grade One-winning colt will only run as long as the track stays firm.
German raider Chopin, trained by Andreas Wohler, has been paid up as a late entry.
