In-form Jenny Duggan is free to continue her march towards a metropolitan apprentices' premiership after beating a one-month ban.
Duggan won an appeal on Tuesday against a suspension for her ride on Lady Lonhro at Kembla Grange on October 13.
She was suspended for four weeks after stewards found her guilty of not giving Lady Lonhro the opportunity to finish in the best possible position in the Kembla Grange Cup.
If the penalty stood, Duggan would have been out of the saddle until January 6 but she is set to ride at Rosehill on Saturday.
Trainer Bjorn Baker was waiting on the outcome of the appeal with Duggan now booked to continue her successful assocation with his no-nonsense stayer Cantonese.
Duggan has ridden 12 metropolitan winners this season and is two wins clear of Randwick apprentice Sam Clipperton in their premiership battle.
