As at 30 March 2016, there have been 14 two year olds race that had a Matchem score of 77.5...eight of those are already stakes winners or stakes placed!


SIRE
ALL TOO HARD, the half-brother to superstar BLACK CAVIAR was one of the country’s best two year olds who won his first three starts (2 x G2 wins) and was second behind Pierro in the Group 1 AJC Sires Produce Stakes. He got his revenge on Pierro by winning the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas and was a narrow second behind Ocean Park in the Group 1 Cox Plate. He then went undefeated in his three remaining runs during his autumn three year old campaign by winning the Group 1 CF Orr Stakes, Group 1 Futurity Stakes (by 3.5 lengths) and Group 1 All Aged Stakes. He retired to Stud after this season at a service fee of $66,000. This colt is from his first crop who have sold for an average of $190,000 at the yearling sales this year (a highest price of $525,000).


THE DAM
Trained by the late Guy Walter, IMANA (by Thunder Gulch out of the winning Zabeel mare Zarissa) won two city races (from 1400m to 1600m) in Sydney during her 3yo season and was 3rd in the Group 3 Doomben Roses (2020m). She won first up at Canterbury over 1100m as a 4yo and later in the season was 3rd (behind G2 winner and three times G1 placed Winning Belle and beating dual G1 winner Perfect Promise) in the Listed Marriott Breeders Classic 1200m at Randwick. She also trained on as an older horse to win the Group 3 Birthday Card Stakes and was second four times at Group 2 level. She was sold for $550,000 at the Inglis Broodmare Sales following her racing career. She has so far had two foals to race (1 winner) and her 2yo (so far unraced) by Lope de Vega was purchased by Chris Waller for $145,000 at the 2015 Gold Coast Magic Millions Sale.
