Amplifier showed tremendous ability winning her first race start in impressive fashion. As an early three year old against the older horses she settled last and had an explosive turn of foot to win running away from her rivals over 1200m. She then stepped out second up 9 days later and ran a good second in Saturday three year old company over 1500m.
She is of course a half sister to the winner of ten races and $408,000 in prize money in Kia Ora Miss. Kia Ora Miss won the Belmont Oaks as a three year old but continued to improve as she was stepped up in journey and as she got older. Much like Amplifier, Kia Ora Miss was able to win over the sprint journeys but was much better suited as a stayer. She is also a half sister to Split The Scene the winner of $96,000
As she is also Westspeed qualified so will be eligible for bonuses for any wins over 1800m or further in WA. This is another terrific incentive to purchase this mare.
She is currently in full work and ready to hit the track. She has plenty of racing left and will also make a valuable broodmare once her racing days are finished..
