Bred in New Zealand, she's by PENTIRE-twice Champion NZ Stallion and winner of the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes.

Standing at a service fee of NZ$30,000, Pentire is renowned for his prowess in producing good quality milers & stayers. He’s the sire of nearly 500 individual winners including 11 individaul Group 1 winners, amongst them the NZ Derby winner XCELLENT, Chris Waller's Sydney star RANGIRANGDOO, and the NINE TIMES GROUP 1 WINNER KING MUFHASA!

This filly’s dam (mother) WAVE ROCK (pictured) was described by trainer Michael Grant as “the best horse I’ve ever trained”. A winner from 1300m to 2200m, she was dominant when winning the Ascot One Thousand Guineas (1800m) and Natasha Trophy (2200m) before being scratched due to a career ending injury before the WA Oaks for which she was a red hot odds-on favourite. She’s a half sister to “Delta Gee”, and interestingly, both these mares who are half sisters-both won up to 2200m and both won the Natasha Stakes (Listed 2200m).

The filly she has here is well grown, strong, very forward, and looks a good running type. She oozes class and to just stand beside her is quite breathtaking. It’s Michael’s opinion that she’s got the potential to be a good “miler” but in all probability, will develop into a good stayer too later on. A naturally athletic type she just looks like a runner. Importanlty, she’s got clean x-rays of all joints as assesed by Dr Mike Davies.

The trainer is retaining and paying up for 50% of this filly himself, and as at May 17th, of the remaining 50%-just a solitary "lucky last" 5% share remains....
