Iron filly Eloping is back in work with a Group One sprint among the options for her racetrack return.
One of Australia's busiest fillies, Eloping enjoyed a break of just four weeks at the property of her co-trainers Peter Morgan and Craig Widdison.
The Group Two Light Fingers Stakes (1200m) at Randwick on February 14 or the Group One Oakleigh Plate (1100m) at Caulfield on February 28 are possible starting points.
"She came back in on Sunday night and all going well she should be back racing some time in February," Widdison said.
"There's a couple of options but we'll be guided by how she's going at the time."
"She's in good order and her coat looks great."
Eloping faced the starter on 12 occasions during 2014, registering five wins and three minor placings after a debut win at Bendigo in December 2013.
During her two-year-old season she raced in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. She hasn't started since finishing a long neck second to Onemorezeta in the Group Three Gucci Stakes at Flemington on November 6.
A natural front runner, Eloping carried 59kg in the Gucci, showing her toughness by backing up just five days after her creditable sixth in the Group One Coolmore Stud Stakes.
She has not been out of stakes grade since her debut and is already a million dollar earner with the Blue Diamond Fillies Preview, the Group Three Randwick Stakes and the Blue Sapphire among her wins.
