Moment Of Change in colic scare

Triple Group One winner Moment Of Change has undergone emergency surgery for colic and will miss at least the autumn.

Trainer Peter Moody said on Twitter the gelding was recovering well after Sunday's operation.

"Moment Of Change had emergency colic surgery today. Happy to report he is up and recovering. Out for indefinite period. Stable fav," Moody said.

All three of the six-year-old's Group One wins have been over the 1400m course at Caulfield with the 2012 Rupert Clarke his first.
