Trainer Mark Riley is involved in another drug controversy in the lead-up to the Blue Diamond Stakes.
The Riley-trained Grand Gallop, a winner at Sandown on December 10, has returned a positive swab to the anti-inflammatory drug meloxicam.
Riley was disqualified for three years on Monday on a bicarb charge before winning a stay of proceedings to allow him to saddle up Of The Brave in the Blue Diamond Stakes on Saturday.
Unbeaten in two starts and a winner of a Blue Diamond Prelude at his most recent run, Of The Brave is a $13 chance in the $1 million race.
