Damien Oliver has been hit with an eight-meeting suspension at Caulfield on Saturday.
It was Oliver's second suspension in three days after he was outed for 12 meetings at Ballarat on Thursday but he is appealing that suspension at the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on Monday.
Stewards have set aside the ban incurred from the opening race at Caulfield, for causing interference aboard Armada to Rommel at the 800m, until his appeal is heard.
Meanwhile, Stephen Baster was outed for nine meetings after shifting in aboard Of The Brave causing Thurlow and Air Apparent to be tightened at the 800m in the Blue Diamond Stakes.
His suspension begins immediately and he can return at Moonee Valley on March 9 on the proviso that he can get off his one ride at Benalla on Sunday.
