Craig Williams will partner Brazen Beau at Flemington on Friday in his final hit-out before departing for the United Kingdom.
Brazen Beau leaves on Wednesday with fellow Royal Ascot contenders Wandjina and Shamal Wind.
The Chris Waller-trained colt hasn't raced since winning the Newmarket Handicap at Flemington in March.
Joao Moreira, who has won two Group One races on the colt, is booked to ride Brazen Beau at Royal Ascot.
Since winning the Newmarket, Brazen Beau has been working in a country environment to simulate the undulating UK tracks.
Brazen Beau won a Rosehill barrier trial on May 18.
It is yet to be finalised which race Brazen Beau will contest at Royal Ascot.
But Williams has put his hand up for the ride in King's Stand Stakes (1000m) on June 16 and the Diamond Jubilee Stakes (1200m) on June 20 should Moreira be unavailable.
"I've jumped him out on two occasions and raced him before and I'm here Friday morning and they've asked me to trial him," Williams said.
"He's a horse that is a pleasure to ride."
Wandjina is also set to trial at Flemington on Friday as he prepares for the Diamond Jubilee Stakes while Shamal Wind completed her preparations for the King's Stand Stakes with a Cranbourne barrier trial placing on Monday.
Williams has picked up the ride on the Peter and Paul Snowden-trained Charlie Boy in the Group One Stradbroke Handicap at Doomben on June 6.
Blake Shinn had the ride on Charlie Boy when he won the BRC Sprint on May 9 before finishing second to Boban in the Doomben 10,000 on May 23.
Shinn has taken the ride on stablemate, BTC Cup winner Hot Snitzel, in the Stradbroke.
