Dwayne Dunn's Melbourne premiership ambitions have taken a significant hit after being suspended for 11 meetings at Moonee Valley.
Dunn rode three winners at Wednesday's meeting to retake the premiership lead by one over Craig Williams but was outed for careless riding aboard Unassailed who was the first of his three winners on the day.
Dunn will consider appealing the severity of the ban which comes into force after Saturday's Flemington meeting. If the ban stays in place Dunn will miss the final three metropolitan meetings of the season.
