Star New Zealand rider Danielle Johnson has confirmed she will ride in the new Origin Jockeys Series in Brisbane next month.
Johnson, Opie Bosson and Damian Browne will represent New Zealand in races against riders from Queensland, Victoria and NSW in the series from December 5 to December 26.
Glen Boss (Queensland) Craig Williams (Victoria) and Tye Angland (NSW) have also been confirmed for the series.
Jockeys will earn points on four consecutive Saturday metropolitan race meetings at Doomben and the Gold Coast.
Johnson, 24, is third in the New Zealand jockeys' premiership after finishing runner-up last season.
She has ridden more than 550 winners, including 136 in 2014-2015.
Johnson has won 32 stakes races with her first Group One win on Shuka in the 2013 Captain Cook Stakes.
She won the recent Counties Cup on Vavasour and the Group One Thorndon Mile on Puccini.
"It's exciting for New Zealand to be involved in the Origin jockey series and it's great to have brilliant riders like Opie Bosson and Damian Browne on our team," Johnson said.
