Gosford trainers facing eviction will put their case to Racing NSW as they fight for their livelihoods.
Angela Davies, Kylie Gavenlock and NSW Trainers' Association chief executive Steve McMahon will meet with Racing NSW chief executive Peter V'Landys on Wednesday.
The trainers found out via media reports last week the club would close training at the track at the end of next year when the insurance on the Pro Ride track expired.
Davies said she and other trainers had made significant investments in the area which is one of high unemployment.
"There are fifteen trainers here working 100 horses a day employing 120 people," Davies said.
"The trainers feel like we have been kicked to the curb.
"I would be happy to move to Wyong but we've been told there is no stabling available there or at Newcastle.
"I've spent $38,000 on a water walker and $10,000 on stables at my home and I've been offered $4000 compensation.
"We are meeting with Peter V'landys and hoping he can help.
"It is devastating and we feel let down.
"Our local member Kathy Wilson has said she will help and we are hoping to get the Racing Minister on board."
Davies said she had trebled her business with Lindy Lou among her up-and-coming horses.
The filly has won her only start and will run in Thursday's Magic Millions race at Wyong for three and four-year-olds ahead of a possible trip to the Gold Coast meeting on January 9.
"If she runs well at Wyong we will consider taking her up there for the Guineas or the fillies and mares race," she said.
"I will be going up but if I buy horses that's another problem because people want to know where I will be training."
