Terry and Karina O'Sullivan are the latest Victorian trainers to have a horse return an illegal level of cobalt.
Stewards have advised the training partners of the confirmatory findings of an elevated reading detected in a pre-race urine sample taken from Darragh at Ballarat on November 21.
Racing Analytical Services reported the sample to contain cobalt at a concentration greater than 600 micrograms per litre in urine while the Racing Chemistry Laboratory, Western Australia, reported the reserve portion of the sample had a level of 1300 mcg/L.
The cobalt threshold is 200 mcg.
Darragh finished fifth in the Ballarat race.
Trainers Lee and Shannon Hope are appealing disqualifications for cobalt use while Danny O'Brien and Mark Kavanagh have been found guilty with their penalties yet to be determined.
A hearing against Peter Moody will resume in February.
