Winx draws barrier one in Apollo Stakes

Cox Plate winner Winx will start from barrier one of 11 when she makes her return in the Apollo Stakes at Randwick.

Saturday's Group Two field includes the last horse to beat Winx, Gust Of Wind, who got the better of her on a soft track in the ATC Australian Oaks.

Since that defeat in April last year, Winx has won five races including three at Group One level - the Queensland Oaks, the Epsom Handicap and the Cox Plate.
