Leading jockey Blake Shinn has been stood down from riding at a country NSW meeting after being pinned in the starting barriers.
Shinn's mount Eckstein became unsettled in the stalls before the first race at Goulburn on Thursday.
He complained of knee and lower back pain when assessed by the on-course doctor.
Shinn is due to ride at Flemington on Saturday where his mounts include Fenway in the $1.5 million Australian Cup.
