Embattled trainer Peter Moody has refused to deny speculation he is about to walk away from racing.
Moody was on Thursday outed for 12 months by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on a cobalt charge of which six months of the ban has been suspended for a year.
He is expected to make an announcement on his future on Monday.
His suspension will start on March 24.
The Moody-trained Lidari returned an elevated cobalt reading after running second in the Turnbull Stakes in 2014.
Moody escaped a minimum three-year penalty when found not guilty of administering cobalt for the purpose of affecting performance but guilty to two lesser charges.
