Trainer John Zielke has refused to label smart Spot The Diff his best two-year-old despite her fourth career win at Doomben.

Apprentice Luke Dittman took a rails run on Spot the Diff ($2.35) and the favourite won by a short neck to Crack Me Up ($16) with a short head to Love Spy ($4.40).

Zielke said Spot The Diff would press on to the Listed Dalrello Stakes at Toowoomba on April 16 and then be set for the Group Two BRC Sires' Produce Stakes at Doomben on May 28.

"No, she isn't the best of my two-year-olds but she is certainly honest," Zielke said.

"She has won four races and more than $200,000 in prize money so she is right up there but I have a couple better."

Spot the Diff will meet Love Spy again in the Dalrello Stakes.

Love Spy's trainer Ben Currie said the filly should be spot on for the Dalrello after having her first run for 10 weeks.

"The outside barrier did her no favours but she was tough," he said.

Trainer Liam Birchley said Crack Me Up was also a winter carnival horse.
