Damien Oliver will miss the ride on Fell Swoop in the Group Two Victory Stakes in Brisbane after being suspended for careless riding.
Oliver pleaded guilty to a charge arising from Monday's Listed VRC St Leger at Flemington when he rode the James Cummings-trained Joueur.
Stewards banned Oliver for seven meetings which starts after Wednesday's Sandown meeting and he can return on the opening day of the three-day Warrnambool carnival next Tuesday.
Oliver was booked to ride the Matthew Dale-trained Fell Swoop in Saturday's Victory Stakes in Brisbane.
Luke Nolen was also outed for careless riding at Flemington, his second suspension in three days after he was banned for eight meetings at Caulfield on Saturday.
Nolen is appealing his suspension from Saturday.
Stewards added a further six meetings to Nolen's Caulfield suspension after finding him guilty of careless riding aboard Biased Witness in Monday's Listed Anzac Day Stakes.
Stewards ruled Nolen shifted in at the 1000m mark and left insufficient room for Pyx Chamber with Craig Williams having to take hold.
As it stands, Nolen is out from Wednesday and can return on May 9.
Daniel Stackhouse won the VRC St Leger on Cool Chap but was suspended for seven meetings for careless riding in the Anzac Day Stakes on Smart As You Think.
