Victorian jockeys Jake Noonan and Dale Smith are appealing careless riding suspensions incurred at recent meetings on country racetracks.
The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board will hear the appeals of the two jockeys on Tuesday.
Noonan was suspended for 10 meetings at Moe last Thursday and is appealing the severity of the stewards ban.
Smith was suspended for nine meetings at Geelong on Sunday and is appealing both the decision of stewards and severity of the penalty.
Noonan has six rides at Geelong on Tuesday and a further four rides at Sale on Wednesday while Smith is down for two rides at Geelong and two at Sale.
Both riders are due to begin their suspensions following Wednesday's meeting.
