Racing Australia has invited written submissions as part of its review into the controversial whip rules.
Last month, RA announced a sub committee chaired by former Victorian chief steward Des Gleeson to look into the latest version of the rule introduced in December.
Under this rule, a jockey is limited to five non consecutive strikes before the 100 metres with no distinction between forehand and backhand.
Submissions by interested parties and individuals must be made by August 5 with the sub committee to report to RA at the September 14 board meeting.
