The line search for missing NSW racehorse trainer Bindi Cheers has been suspended.
A NSW police spokeswoman said there had been an unconfirmed sighting of Cheers on Tuesday in Kinta Drive at Beresfield.
While the line search was suspended late on Tuesday afternoon because of bad light, police will continue to look for Cheers overnight.
Cheers disappeared after leaving Hawkesbury races on Sunday at about 2pm.
The popular Taree-based trainer's horse truck was found more than 170km away at a service station in the Newcastle suburb of Beresfield where search efforts have been focused since late on Sunday.
