Trainer Bindi Cheers has been taken to Maitland Hospital in a stable condition after spending four days missing in the Newcastle area.
The alarm was raised after Cheers failed to return home to Taree from the Hawkesbury race meeting on Sunday afternoon.
Her horse float was found in the Newcastle suburb of Beresfield around 4pm on Sunday but Cheers was missing.
On Wednesday afternoon the 44-year-old was found near the search area.
She was treated by paramedics and then transported to hospital in a stable condition.
