Australia's best racehorse Winx has had her final hit-out before she begins her spring campaign in the Warwick Stakes.
Winx breezed up the Rosehill straight on Thursday morning with regular jockey Hugh Bowman keeping her under a tight hold.
The five-year-old mare will be aiming for her 10th straight victory when she takes on six rivals in Saturday's Group Two race at Randwick.
Trainer Chris Waller said three months had gone into bringing Winx to her current fitness levels as she prepares to tackle the 1400m weight-for-age race.
"The preparation has been faultless," Waller said.
After the Warwick Stakes, Winx is expected to have two more runs in Sydney before she travels to Melbourne for her Cox Plate defence.
